We reserve the right to cancel and refund any online reservation at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where we are unable to establish contact with the customer or see the sale progressing within a reasonable timeframe. A vehicle shall not be deemed fully reserved until direct communication has been made with a representative of Seabourne Motor Company to confirm next steps, collection arrangements/timeframes, part exchange details, and/or finance agreements. An additional deposit may be required to complete the reservation process
