Please note we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, even if you choose to not view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under any 14 day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected with purchases and cancellations in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Seabourne Motor Company has no control over the operation or functionality of this system. Accordingly, we shall not be held liable or responsible in the event that a vehicle has already been reserved or sold directly through our dealership prior to, or subsequent to, an online reservation being made via Auto Trader. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any online reservation at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where we are unable to establish contact with the customer or see the sale progressing within a reasonable timeframe. A vehicle shall not be deemed fully reserved until direct communication has been made with a representative of Seabourne Motor Company to confirm next steps, collection arrangements/timeframes, part exchange details, and/or finance agreements. An additional deposit may be required to complete the reservation process
